Free Rainmaking Seminar with MCLE Credit at Bingham McCutchen

It’s all too easy to forget client development when you’re busy with substantive billable tasks, but rainmaking is essential to any attorney’s practice.  Take the time to make the time and see your practice flourish.

The Women Lawyers Section of the Santa Clara County Bar Association is presenting “Girl Talk:  Meet the Rainmakers” on March 3, 2011, from 4:30-6:30 p.m., at Bingham McCutchen LLP’s East Palo Alto office, featuring speakers Wendy Lazerson (Bingham McCutchen LLP), Janette Leonidou (Leonidou & Rosin PC) and Neda Mansoorian (McManis Faulkner).

“This event offers marketing, mentoring and mingling. This is your chance to hear insight on rainmaking from a panel of three experienced female attorneys and ask questions that will help you find your own rainmaking “voice.” Join us at 4:30 for wine, appetizers, mixing and mingling. We’ll start the program at 5:00 with a panel discussion featuring our three guest speakers. Among other things, the panelists will discuss what rainmaking means to them, share their perspectives on how rainmaking evolves with one’s expertise, and offer real examples of how rainmaking happens. Around 5:45 we’ll open it up for Q&A, so be sure to come prepared with your most pressing issues.”  (Credit:  SCCBA Event Flier).
